“Bicker, bicker, bicker” is what you think of when you think about what goes on in Room 8B.  The kids simply cannot get along.  Their patient teacher has tried everything to get her students to work together, but nothing ever works.  She finally enrolls the help of her very wise friend.  He “knows a lot about everything,” and he is sure to know what to do to help.
